We may also give you the option to provide additional information, such as your professional licensing information if you are a licensed health-care practitioner.

Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, then we ask for information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, and billing address. Your payment information, such as your credit card information or other financial information, will also be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor on our behalf.

Health Profile Information. Under your Health Profile section in your Account, you may share with us certain health related information including your height and weight, demographic information, health history, medication history, and dietary, sleep, and exercise habits.

Quizzes. If you choose to participate in one of our quizzes to help you identify which Unived products are right for you, then we collect information you choose to provide in response to the quiz, such as your contact information, demographic information, and health and medical information.

Applications. If you submit an application for our Foundation, Elite, Athlete, Ambassador, or Teams Programmes, then we collect your name, email address, and address as well as answers to all the questions on the application form.

Workshop: If you sign up for any of our Workshops, then we collect the information you enter during the sign up process.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use Our Services

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics partners and email-marketing partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities and across different services.
