About Unived

Unived's visual language is restrained, serif-led, evidence-anchored.
The design system carries the brand the way the writing does — quietly,
with confidence, without performance. The Graphic Designer is the person
who maintains and extends that system across packaging, digital, print,
and brand communications.

Who we are looking for

The kind of person, before the qualifications.

A designer whose portfolio is consistent — same care, same standard,
across very different briefs. Not someone whose work changes voice with
every project. Someone with strong typography sense, strong attention to
detail, and an instinct for restraint over decoration.

What this role does

The work, plainly described.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for visual design across:

  • Product packaging — primary and secondary, across categories
  • Website graphics, illustrations, and editorial layouts
  • Print materials — practitioner-facing, athlete-facing, customer-facing
  • Brand assets and templates
  • Maintaining the design system as new requirements emerge

This is a hands-on design role. There is no senior designer above you to hand-hold; you own the visual standard.

What's hard about this role at Unived

Someone who designs slowly and carefully. Someone who will iterate on a label thirty times to get the typography right.

A person who is genuinely curious about the science behind what they are
designing — not to add visual flourishes about it, but to design with
real understanding of what the product does.

What's hard about this role at Unived

The honest version.

Design at Unived is restrained. Most of what makes a Unived label
distinct is what we have chosen not to put on it. If you want to design
with maximum creative latitude, this will feel constraining.

Regulatory constraints on supplement labelling are real and
non-negotiable. A lot of design work involves making mandatory
disclosures look intentional rather than imposed.

Based in Goa, working closely with the manufacturing team on production realities of every design decision.
