Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price at order placement applies to that order.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded.

Product descriptions

We maintain accurate product information. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur between batches. All efficacy claims are substantiated by the cited references on each product page.

Delivery

We ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control, but will work to resolve delivery issues promptly.

Research citations on this site are provided for informational purposes. Individual outcomes may differ from those observed in cited studies.

Third-party licensed marks. Certain ingredients in our formulations carry their own registered trademarks belonging to third-party rights holders — including Shoden® (Arjuna Natural), BCM-95® (Arjuna Natural), and MenaquinGold® (Synergia Life Sciences). These marks appear on our website and packaging under licence and remain the property of their respective owners.

Permissions. Requests to reproduce, quote, or otherwise use any of our content for editorial, academic, or media purposes should be sent to wecare@unived.com with details of the intended use. Commercial-use requests should be sent to business@unived.com.

Enforcement. Unauthorised use of our copyrighted content, trademarks, or trade names is a violation of Indian intellectual-property law and exposes the user to civil action — including injunction and damages — under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. We act on infringements when we find them.

Despite our best efforts, a product on this site may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect specifications, due to a typographical error, a system or feed issue, or a manual mistake on our part.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price (for example, a decimal point error or a price significantly below cost), we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at that price — whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment received. If your payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within five to seven business days, or issue a store credit if you prefer.

Where we cancel an order for this reason, we will email you to explain what happened and offer you the option to re-order the product at the correct price. We do not benefit from these mistakes; we just want to fix them quickly and honestly.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. India.
