Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Metro cities: 3–7 business days. Tier 2 and beyond: 4–10 business days. We send a tracking link once dispatched. Orders placed before 2pm IST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
What is the free shipping threshold?
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat ₹100 shipping charge. We do not offer same-day delivery at this time.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled if your order has not yet been dispatched, by writing to wecare@unived.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email a photo of the damaged item and packaging to wecare@unived.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you.

Can I take multiple Unived products together?
Most products are designed to complement each other. For specific stacking questions, write to us with the products you are considering — our team will give you a considered answer, not a generic one.
I am on medication. Is it safe?
Always consult your physician before starting any supplement if you are on prescription medication. Write to us and we can help you frame the right questions for your doctor.
How do I find the right product for me?

How do I verify a product's quality?
Every product has a batch number on the label. Enter it in our or look up the Certificate of Analysis in our COA directory.
