Healthcare Practitioner Program Lead

Goa

About Unived

Unived's Practitioner Programme is a formal commercial relationship with
healthcare practitioners — doctors, dietitians, nutritionists, sports
physiotherapists — who recommend our products. Unlike most brands, we
disclose it openly: practitioners earn margin or commission, and we say
so on the Programme page and on every Practitioner Voices article. The
relationship is built on transparency, not concealment.

Who we are looking for

The kind of person, before the qualifications.

Someone who can build and run relationships with healthcare
practitioners at scale. Could be a healthcare professional themselves — a
dietitian, a nutritionist, a pharmacist — or a B2B account manager with
experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices. What matters is the
ability to be taken seriously by practitioners while representing a
commercial relationship honestly.

What this role does

The work, plainly described.

The Practitioner Programme Lead owns the practitioner relationship end-to-end:

  • Recruiting practitioners into the Programme
  • Vetting and onboarding — not every applicant is a fit
  • Ongoing relationship management — meetings, training, support
  • Educational content for practitioners (working with Science Content)
  • Practitioner Voices — the public-facing editorial output of the Programme
  • Commercial structuring — margins, commissions, exclusive products

The Programme is currently small and high-touch. Scaling it without
compromising the relationship quality is the central challenge of the
role.

What's hard about this role at Unived

Someone who is comfortable being honest about a commercial arrangement
that other brands hide. The role requires saying "yes, practitioners are
paid — and here's exactly how" — and not flinching about it.

A person who can hold a room of doctors, can read a clinical paper, and
can also negotiate a fair commercial structure with a B2B partner.

What's hard about this role at Unived

The honest version.

Practitioners are sceptical of supplement brands, often correctly. You
will spend a lot of early relationship-building proving that Unived is
different from what they expect.

The Programme will not be allowed to compromise the brand's editorial
standards. Practitioner Voices articles get reviewed for accuracy like
any other Unived content — sometimes that creates friction with the
practitioners.

Based in Goa with regular travel to meet practitioners across India.
