Becoming the No.1 ranked Indian female table tennis player has been one of the most emotional and rewarding moments of my journey because I’ve been training for this since I was 8 years old. Table tennis has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and every year in the sport has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of constantly improving. Even now, I feel like I’m still growing as an athlete and learning every single day. Having the right support system around me plays a huge role in that journey, and Unived has genuinely helped me stay consistent with my nutrition, recovery, and overall performance during demanding training and tournament schedules.
Some of my most special memories so far have been winning back-to-back UTT Championships in 2024 and 2025, along with winning the Zonal Championship in my hometown, Bangalore. Competing and winning in front of family, friends, and home supporters is a feeling that will always stay with me.

On training, on Unived, on what matters.
My game has always been about playing with high intensity and staying aggressive on the table. Right now, a big focus in training is improving my tactical awareness, speed around the table, and becoming even sharper during long match situations.

The Asian Games are definitely one of my biggest goals right now. Since it will be my first Asian Games, I want to give my best and bring glory to the country.
Also, going forward, I just want to keep improving, perform consistently, and represent India at the highest level for many more years.
