Why this is a daily product — Take Elite Performance Protein every day, not just on training days. Three reasons. Creatine requires daily intake to maintain saturation — muscle phosphocreatine stores build up over 2–4 weeks of consistent 3g daily intake. Skipping rest days means the saturation gradually drops, and the strength, power, and training capacity benefits diminish along with it. Protein needs don't pause on rest days — muscle protein synthesis happens continuously, and recovery days are when the body actually rebuilds from training. The nitrate, taurine, electrolyte, and D3/K2 doses are all within daily-use safe ranges — calibrated for active adults, not occasional supplementation.

Timing options — Pre-training (60–90 min before): Most useful for tapping into the nitrate and taurine benefits during the session. Beetroot nitrates peak at 2–3 hours post-ingestion. Post-training (within 60 min): Classic recovery window — protein and creatine support muscle repair; electrolytes replace sweat losses. Split (1 scoop pre + 1 scoop post): For very long sessions (2+ hours), this can work — but most athletes get full benefit from the standard 2-scoop pre or post pattern..

Blood pressure medication: TruBeet® dietary nitrates support vascular function — at the 100mg dose, this is rarely clinically significant for athletes, but if you are on blood pressure medication, inform your physician before regular use.
Anticoagulant medication: The 55mcg K2-7 dose is modest, but any change in Vitamin K intake should be communicated to your physician if you are on warfarin or similar.
Kidney disease: For adults with diagnosed kidney disease, the 30g protein and 3g creatine should be reviewed with your nephrologist. For adults with healthy kidneys, these doses are well-tolerated.
Caffeine note: Elite Performance Protein contains no caffeine. If you are stacking with caffeine-containing pre-workouts, that's compatible — no interactions.
