Take 1 capsule daily with a meal of your choice. Curcumin is fat-soluble — co-ingestion with food, particularly food containing fat, improves absorption beyond what piperine alone provides. Silymarin absorption is also fed-state-dependent. Daily timing is flexible; consistency over weeks matters more than time-of-day.

Loading Period: 4–8 weeks for hepatic markers

Liver enzyme markers (ALT, AST, GGT) — when baseline-elevated — typically respond to silymarin and curcumin therapy over 4–8 weeks. Subjective digestive improvements often appear earlier (2–4 weeks). The hepatoprotective benefit is preventive and cumulative.
