Stack Logic

Why these
products together.

Most men don't need a stack of supplements. Most active, vegetarian, or over-40 men have four specific gaps that show up in real ways — slower recovery, lighter sleep, gradual energy creep through the day, slow loss of muscle without trying. This stack addresses those four. Each product solves a specific problem; together they cover the foundational nutritional reality most adult Indian men face.

Step 01 · Morning

Essential Protein

One Serving

A complete plant protein (pea + yeast, PDCAAS 1.0) contributes 15–20g toward the 75–120g daily protein target most adult men need. Vegetarian and active men fall short most often. Mix in water, plant milk, or food. Morning intake supports muscle protein synthesis across the day

Step 02 · With Lunch

Basics Multivitamin & Minerals Men

Two Capsules

Indian RDA-aligned daily multinutrient. Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) absorb significantly better with food containing fat. Lunch is the right time for most men — supports afternoon energy without affecting sleep.

Step 03 · Afternoon

Men's Iron

One Capsule

For men with documented need: vegetarian or vegan men, men training hard, or men with low ferritin. Best on an empty stomach with Vitamin C for absorption; with food if you experience GI discomfort. Calcium and zinc in the multivitamin compete with iron absorption — spacing matters.

Step 04 · Evening

Magnesium Glycinate Pure

Two Capsules

100% bisglycinate chelate — the form with the highest absorption and the strongest evidence for sleep and recovery. The capsule most users feel the effect of first.

Protocol

How to take this stack.

  • Morning Essential Protein: Take at breakfast or as a mid-morning shake. Mix in water, plant milk, or fold into food (oats, smoothies, recipes). Morning protein intake supports muscle protein synthesis across the rest of the day — particularly relevant for men over 40, when MPS efficiency starts to decline, and for vegetarian men whose dietary protein is bulkier and harder to consume in adequate amounts. Total daily target: 1.0–1.6g per kg body weight — this serving contributes a reliable portion.
  • Lunch Men's Multivitamin & Minerals · 2 capsules Take with the largest meal of the day. Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) absorb significantly better when consumed with food containing fat. Lunch tends to work better than dinner for most men — allows the B-vitamin content to support afternoon energy rather than interfere with sleep. Indian RDA-aligned daily multinutrient — broad-spectrum maintenance coverage for the gaps daily food doesn't quite reach.
  • Afternoon Men's Iron · 1 capsule Take separately from the multivitamin — at least 2 hours apart. Calcium and zinc in the multivitamin compete with iron for absorption. Iron is best taken on an empty stomach with Vitamin C (orange juice, lemon water) for maximum uptake — but with food if you experience GI discomfort. Daily use is appropriate only for men in specific situations: vegetarian and vegan men, men training hard, or men with documented low ferritin. For other men, consider reducing frequency or substituting (see FAQ below).
  • Before Sleep Magnesium Glycinate Chelate Pure · 2capsules The capsule most users feel the effect of first. Take consistently every evening, 30–60 minutes before intended sleep. 100% bisglycinate chelate crosses the blood-brain barrier more readily than other magnesium forms — supports sleep onset, sleep depth, and the parasympathetic nervous system shift that lets your body actually recover overnight. Consistency matters more than precise timing — pick a slot you'll remember every night.
What to expect

Timeline for results.

  • Week 1–2 Magnesium's effect on sleep quality typically arrives first. Most users notice easier sleep onset, deeper sleep, and easier morning wake-up within 7–14 days of consistent evening dosing. If sleep doesn't improve in this window, the issue is likely elsewhere — sleep hygiene, caffeine timing, work stress — and supplementation alone won't compensate.
  • Week 3–6 Daily energy baseline starts to shift. The combination of better sleep, reliable protein intake, and broad micronutrient coverage produces a gradual lift in afternoon energy and faster recovery from daily activity. Subtle, not dramatic — but real.
  • Week 6–12 Body composition and strength changes from the protein contribution become measurable, particularly for men who were under-eating protein previously. Iron status improvement — for men who actually needed it — shows up on blood tests by week 8–12. A repeat ferritin test at this point confirms whether daily iron supplementation is still warranted or whether you can step down to less frequent dosing.
  • 3-6 Months & beyond Compounding effects on muscle maintenance, recovery, and resilience under stress. The nutritional foundation a man builds in his 40s and 50s is what supports his body's capability in his 60s and 70s. This stack is built for that horizon — not for immediate transformation.
