Share your career journey, key achievements, and contributions.
It’s been nine years with Unived. Started with all the small responsibilities, like contacting the customer for feedback and asking them to share or post a review. Helping customers with the orders and providing them with the status of their shipment starting a few years ago, I was busy doing the same. In the back of my mind, I always feel that I have to come out of my comfort zone and try something new. I have added a few new responsibilities to my role at work. Earlier where I was only handling the job of customer care, today my role goes beyond customer care. The current role adds new challenges to my job plate and helps me grow in my day-to-day life. Being a woman I understand that we come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. We should not let anyone dim our light!
What motivates you to excel in your role at Unived?
Nothing else comes to mind when I see my mentors, and seniors being dedicated and committed to their work. Nevertheless, my mother had been working for 35 years. In 2013 she retired. After her retirement, she did her graduation. This inspires me and motivates me to keep moving and standing.
Can you share a memorable moment or story from your time at Unived that has had a significant impact on you?
We at Unived are given ample freedom to come up with new suggestions and practice openness. Our mentors understand the requirements of the hour and accordingly, allow us to work. They are liberal in providing a healthy work atmosphere. They are sympathetic towards our issues. They understand the importance of work-life balance.
What is your perspective on health and wellness, especially as a woman juggling busy schedules?
In terms of health and wellness, we must follow a healthy lifestyle As women, we play multiple roles in our daily lives, I was not aware of how important vitamins and minerals are for our day-to-day lives When I come across customers who face bone density and stiffness, somehow I feel that relates to my health issues. I slowly started following the healthy routine; it is said that some of the good habits take time to get used to.
How has your time at Unived influenced your thoughts on health and wellness, and the impact it has had on you?
Time in Unived taught me the importance of health. The knowledge of products helped me in my personal life too.

I have been in this industry for over 9 years and throughout these years, I have been learning and I have used my learning to contribute as knowledge at work. My perception of achievement is different. For me, I try to achieve every day at work by giving the best I can each day. Small wins at work are what add up to a great achievement one day and I believe in that so I aim for small wins and try to get the work perfectly done to get positive impacts on the company’s growth and so on my career.
What motivates you to excel in your role at Unived?

At the Chennai Marathon Expo 2024 this year, I witnessed so many passionate runners of all age groups. What is your perspective on health and wellness, especially as a woman juggling busy schedules?
You cannot move a stone in the right direction without good health and mind in unison. I feel as women, we all get drained out at the end of the day trying to juggle between work and home. For us to excel at work, and home and to strike the balance between both, health should be our top priority without which everything else falls apart.
How has your time at Unived influenced your thoughts on health and wellness, and the impact it has had on you?
My time here at Unived has taught me the importance of health even more in a stronger sense as we are in this space of health and wellness. Since my work revolves around health and wellness products and educating customers on the same through technical information it strongly reminds me of and reiterates the importance of health every moment. Since my time here, I have started taking care of my health and taking small steps towards focusing on it.
What is one piece of advice or message you would like to share with fellow women at Unived and our customers based on your career, life, and health and wellness experiences?
We sometimes fail to recognize ourselves amidst all the things surrounding us. We must take a pause now and then and reflect on our thoughts and being and keep patting ourselves on the back for all the things that we are doing and trying to do right in the best way we can. Don’t be so hard on yourself and prioritize yourself before anything else as it is not selfish.
Women like Trupti, Monica and Sindhu shine brightly, juggling work, family, and health with grace and determination. Their stories resonate with many as they navigate the delicate balance between career aspirations and personal well-being. In a world where every day is a balancing act, these women at Unived remind us and other women to prioritize self-care, celebrate small victories, and embrace the unique roles women play in shaping our lives.
Thank you.

Amit Mehta
