Up Close, and Personal

The moment when I discovered my athletic potential was...

During my school days when I spent countless hours playing various sports like football, cricket, and table tennis. While I excelled in these activities, what truly resonated with me was the sheer joy and fulfillment I experienced while being out there, competing and collaborating with others. It was in those moments, amidst the cheers and challenges, that I realized my passion for athletics and the untapped potential within me waiting to be developed further.

The most memorable moment of my sporting career so far...

Undoubtedly crossing the finish line of my first 70.3 triathlon race in Goa in 2019. From initially knowing nothing about triathlons or professional sports, to taking on the challenge of coaching myself and meticulously planning every aspect to make it happen, the journey was nothing short of transformative. The sheer joy and sense of accomplishment that washed over me as I completed that grueling race, after dedicating 10 months of hard work and determination, remains my proudest achievement to date.

The three biggest lessons I have learned so far in my athletic career are...

1. Triathlon, or any solo sport, is not an individual pursuit.

2. Make your team and trust them to help you propel forward. Patience in tough situations will take you a long way.

3. Hard work is not enough; there are many other factors needed to reach the top.

I have chosen to associate with Unived because...

It is the brand that I've used & trusted ever since I entered the world of triathlons. I use Unived products daily and they work very well for me.

My favorite Unived product is...

Elite Hydration Mix
(I'm a high sweat rate guy...)
