The moment I discovered my athletic potential was when I won my first AITA tennis match at the age of 11. I was already winning athletic events at school with ease, but this was different — it was national-level competition, and I knew I had something in me. I was fiercely competitive, and that win lit a fire that still drives me today. I was playing at the Under 16 category in that match.

The most memorable moment of my sporting career so far was completing my first Ironman 70.3 in Vietnam — my dad’s favourite city — as a tribute to him. Crossing that finish line meant more than just a medal. It was emotional, intense, and unforgettable. To top it off, I earned a World Championship slot at that very event — and I took it.

The three biggest lessons I have learned so far in my athletic career are...

  1. Progress happens when no one’s clapping. It’s in the solo sessions, early mornings, and quiet choices that no one else sees — but they shape everything.
  2. Being an athlete as an adult is hard. When you’re younger, your parents take care of the logistics — the finances, the planning, the structure. But as an adult, you have to map it all yourself. Training becomes a conscious decision, not a given.
  3. And finally, the system and people you build around you matter more than anything. You can’t do this alone — not if you want to sustain it. The right support keeps you grounded, focused, and growing.

I’ve chosen to associate with Unived because, honestly, there was no second choice. I’ve been using the brand for over four years — since the very beginning of my triathlon journey. Quality matters deeply to me, especially when it comes to what I consume and rely on to perform. With Unived, I’ve always felt confident, supported, and in sync with what my body needs.

    My favorite Unived product is...

the Salted Caramel Gel - it's incredible! Plus the Elite Drink is fantastic too. These two are in a completely different league compared to what's typically available in India.
